RMS Cloud is a leader in providing technology to the hospitality industry. The company currently powers 6,500 properties globally.
The Goki & RMS integration will support a completely contactless guest experience with the option of pre-arrival, tablet or mobile check-in via Goki.
After check-in, each guest will be assigned a unique SmartKey & DoorCode for the length of their stay. Having the DoorCode as a redundancy means that guests have a back-up if their phone runs out of battery or they leave it in their room… There is also a web application for guests who do not want to download a native app.
Goki Dashboard lets staff communicate more effectively with guests and generates ancillary revenue streams for properties looking to extend stays, track sentiment, improve reviews or market what’s on.
