These awards are the most prestigious in the industry, and winners are chosen based on a variety of criteria, including customer reviews and ratings, partner recommendations, global reach, vendor integrations, customer support, and company culture.
We're particularly thrilled to have scored a perfect 100 out of 100 points this year, making us the best in class for 2022. We also received a Certificate of Excellence and an average customer review score of 4.7 out of 5. Our Support team even achieved Level 3 (out of 4) in Hotel Tech Report's Global Customer Support Certification.
Since releasing our first product during the pandemic, Goki has experienced impressive growth. In the past 12 months alone, we've released two new products and seen a fivefold increase in the number of unlocks, totaling over 10 million times that guests and hoteliers have accessed rooms using our solution. We're currently serving innovative clients in more than 20 countries and have over 300,000 users.
